Conceived and launched Magic Doodles for Skylight Frame. Kids draw in the app; strokes reanimate on grandparents' wifi photo frame. Previz via sketches and After Effects after customer interviews.
Product strategy and UX for Atlas Primer, an AI audio learning platform. Storyboarded the learner flow as previz for the founder.
I led the 0-to-1 development of Android and iOS apps, an iOS tablet kiosk app, and a custom CRM for a subscription marketplace for drop-in workspaces. The business grew to 40 locations and $2M ARR, reached an NPS of 81, and was acquired by WeWork.
At Samsung, I led the product team in conceiving a two-screen TV operating system spanning tablet and TV, with content partners including Netflix, Spotify, Vudu, Hulu, and MLB.
At StreamElements, I led a newly formed team of 18 and established product discovery and delivery processes. I also helped transform customer onboarding from a manual process into a self-serve model, increasing success rates from 36% to 85%.
